We found out that the company was founded in 2015 and is actively promoting its offer in the international arena. Its site, in addition to the basic English version, has a translation into German.
There is no office address on the Bitchain platform, as well as scanned copies of legal documents confirming the legality of the brokerage service. However, we found internal rules:

Bitchain.info is a scam platform and please don’t trade with them. They’ll milk every penny you’ve got with their tricky lies and entice you to invest more. $15,000 was taken from my account so I file a complaint against them with the help of Mr Vickers Mark via email vickersmark 7 6@ g mail.com or whatsapp +44 7467 202305 my recoup and I was glad he was able to recover my lost funds back to my account with ease
Do not send any money to Bitchain. This company is a complete fraud. They are very clever at talking you into a larger investement and then showing you “profits” in your account. I had deposited several thousand dollars, and my account manager made some trades (at least that’s what it showed on my account). The account grew to over $13,000. However, when I tried to make a withdrawal, he stopped returning my emails and texts. The support email listed on the website is not valid, and the emails I send get bounced back to me.
